Fixed Assignment

When users have fixed assignments, they are automatically designated to be dispatched to jobs that are in a specific zone. They do not have to enter a zone or section when they sign in to the Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system. However, they CAN be dispatched to jobs in other zones if there are no jobs in their assigned areas. In the TransportTracking^™ application, there are also "Fixed & Exclusive" assignments, which do not allow users to be dispatched to transport jobs in other areas.
